Hotel Kreller - Freiberg

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the city center and the Terra Mineralia museum. The private parking in the back was a great convenience. The service here was top-notch, with a helpful and kind staff that made me feel right at home. The bar was a highlight, offering a great selection of local beers. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed. Plus, the WiFi actually worked, which was a pleasant surprise!

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

Location perfect for walking, large and nice room, private parking, good food and service at the hotel restaurant, staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of delicious items. We really enjoyed the friendly staff, who were always willing to help out and answer our questions. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and landmarks.

We found that the WiFi information was a bit outdated, which caused some confusion during our stay. we wished that the shower had an anti-slip pad to prevent potential accidents.

The hotel location was quite convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the mineral museum. In addition to that, the staff was kind, friendly, and willing to help. The breakfast was quite nice, especially the selection.

I was quite disappointed with several things. First, the WiFi was unreliable, and I was often unable to connect to the internet. Second, the bathroom was quite slippery and dangerous; I almost fell several times while showering. Finally, the room was not very clean, and I found hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. while the staff and location were great, the hotel needs some improvements to make the stay more enjoyable.

The hotel's location, right in the center of this city, was wonderful, with easy access to the Terra Mineralia museum and the old town. The staff were great too. there was plenty of parking available which was convenient for me.

Guests can also enjoy the on-site bar and private parking. a wonderful stay.

The hotel could improve by adding some anti-slip material to the shower floor to prevent accidents.
